I have always have had involvement in fitness in one way or another.
I started sports when I was young, around 8 years old, playing GAA football and Hurling with St. Vincent’s GAA Club, Dance and Martial Arts. I started going to the gym when I was 19 and loved it. I knew being a Personal Trainer would be something I would love. I want to help my clients achieve their goals and live a healthier and happier lifestyle through fitness as I know it helped me and I want to pass that on.
I believe fitness is more than looking better but having a better lifestyle and a healthier outlook on fitness and nutrition and it should be seen as a change in your daily routine and not a chore.
