I am one of the personal trainers here at Flyefit.

I am a certified level 4 personal trainer, I have a level 3 fitness and group fitness instructor certification, and a nutrition and physical activity certification. I’ve been in handball for many years, along with different types of sports and physical activities.

I’m here to help you achieve your goals, whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle or lose body fat, increase your mobility and flexibility, build confidence in the gym or just feel good and have fun on the gym floor and learn something new.
