I am a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor (EQE Level 4) with a passion for improving peoples health, wellness and quality of life. My main interests lies in training people in functional fitness so that they can improve and strengthen the movement patterns that they use in every day life.
Prior to becoming a fitness instructor and PT, I worked as a postdoctoral scientist in research chemistry. So I naturally enjoy combining my interest in science with my passion for fitness. I am delighted to be a PT in Flyefit Sallynoggin and excited to help you become the best version of yourself.
Over the years I have learned an incredible amount being trained by high quality coaches. As an athlete, I truly recognise the importance and necessity of working with a well-informed coach to achieve improvements in strength, muscle growth, skill development, posture/movement mechanics and overall motivation/accountability.
I am passionate about helping people develop their skills and knowledge, allowing them to grow into their full potential. I want to provide people with a sustainable way of living so that they can cultivate more balance in their lives while still looking and feeling in great shape.
In my spare time I Crossfit with my pals, resistance train & mobilise in the gym, run, coach underage football and practice Yoga, All One Rep At A Time.
