Hey, I’m Emma!
Welcome to FLYEfit! I’m a Duty Manager and qualified personal trainer here in the Northside branch. When I started in the gym I had no clue about how to use any of the equipment so I mostly did cardio. After years of just training cardio and seeing no results, I became educated about resistance training and proper nutrition to achieve results. I now have years of experience in personal training and have helped many women achieve their body composition goals.
Resistance training is so beneficial for fat loss and improved body composition, but more importantly it makes you feel strong and confident. I completed my personal training and fitness instruction certificate with the intention to help and educate as many people as I can about all the benefits that the gym has to offer, both mentally and physically.
I am a result driven PT, I will provide the structure, support and guidance you need to accomplish your goals. If you are interested in having me as a coach and feel like I would be a good fit for you, we can discuss your goals in further detail with a 15-minute free consultation.
As a young female coach, I like to focus a lot on the mindset around transformations as well as the physical aspect. I believe mindset is key to achieving any goal you have. I want to help you to discover your strengths and help you to achieve any body composition goals you have and improve your relationship with yourself overall. I want to make you feel comfortable in the gym, create better lifestyle habits, improve your nutrition, and feel your absolute best.
