My name is, Dylan and I’m a personal trainer at FLYEfit Baggot Street.

I’ve been training since I was 19 years old, and from the moment I saw results for the first time, I had a huge interest in the fitness industry and helping others. Before I was a personal trainer, I was special needs assistant, where I worked in schools and clinics across Dublin, working closely with nutritionists, physiotherapists and doctors. As a pattern, all my previous occupations have included helping others. Through that work in the medical sector, I learned incorporate the science and physiology into my programmes and training. I love meeting people who are full of motivation or determination to achieve goals. I always encourage people to have fun exercising and to always challenge themselves. My strongest suits are:

  • Intense weight and fat loss.
