Hi. My name is David and I am a Personal Trainer here at Flyefit Swords. I’m also a Professional Muay Thai Fighter with over 8 years of training and 14 bouts at both amateur and professional level. On top of that I have a full and internationally recognized, Level 3 iTEC Qualification in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction with awards in both Strength & Conditioning and Fitboxing. Now, for whatever reason you may have, whether it be physical or mental, you want to make a change in your life and I applaud you for that and am here to help you 100% in your journey. My tried and tested methods for goal setting, along with making sure sleep, diet, training and personal life will all work in harmony to help you achieve your result. The first and easiest part is having a goal set out.

Train like a fighter to achieve your goal, through methods such as: – Strength & Conditioning. – Fitboxing. – HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). – Nutritional Advice. – Lifestyle Change, no matter what the goal is.

The second and most important part, is your reason for taking this next step and putting in the work. You may have tried and failed before in the past and trust me, I’ve had more than my fair share of diet slip ups, dips in motivation and lessons learned the hard way, we are only human after all. But my reason for staying on course to train hard, eat well, make weight and show up come fight night has never failed me.
