Hi, I’m Dara.
I’m a qualified personal trainer (EQF level 3) and fitness instructor (EQF level 4).
Fitness has been a part of my life since the age of 4. I started playing GAA and moved into MMA when I hit 16. I got into the gym properly around 16 and have been at it ever since. I’ve struggled with injuries over the years (nerve injury in my back and arms). I am able to work around any injury you may have.
My main goal would be to support people in changing their lifestyle. I would help people in and out of the gym. I would be more than happy to support anybody achieve their goals no matter what goal they have (Fat Loss, Muscle Building, Strength & Conditioning etc.)
