Meet Ciara

Hello, my name is Ciara Grazier and I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Group Exercise Instructor and Psychology undergraduate.
After a few years of working in a very stressful workplace I finally found my passion for fitness and knew it was time for me to make a change in my life and work in a more rewarding environment. For me, being at the gym is all about positive energy, supporting each other to step out of our comfort zones, and the best part of all – feeling good!
