Hey, my name is Chloe, I am one of the personal trainers here in Flyefit Ranelagh.
I’m a level 4 qualified personal trainer & group trainer. I love strength training the most, especially anything to do with kettlebells & free weights.
I want to help people feel better & stronger in themselves while also having fun & enjoying themselves in the process!
I believe training isn’t just about losing weight or getting fit, of course they are some of the main outcomes & reasons people train, but I want to show people a journey that can also help us with our mental health as well. Training has helped me through so many tough times in my life & I want to show people how it can do the same for them as well.
I’m here to help you along your journey, whether that is losing weight & toning up or getting stronger & feeling better. I’m here for it all! I want to help educate you on the most sustainable way for you to reach your goals and stick to it.
