My name is Caitlin and have took the leap to move fully into the fitness industry from my primary teaching job. I am a fully Qualified PT who loves educating clients on the basics within the fitness industry. I believe in a simplistic approach through flexible dieting, enjoying workouts and general movement. Through getting the basics right the results we get are long term, sustainable results. I want my clients to enjoy the process and to get to know each other on a personal level. Once we enjoy something we tend to stick to it that’s why I want to educate my clients on the basics of exercises and nutrition as they can incorporate the knowledge into their personal lives.
