My background in fitness is Irish dancing which is where my passion for training came from. I believe that my wide variety of fitness experiences can help me tailor a program specific to your needs, whether that is weight loss, sport specific training, pre and post-natal training, strength training or anything in between I’m sure that I can help you smash your goals! I also have a Bsc in Education and Training, I try to ensure that all my clients are learning how to train themselves as they go along so that they build the confidence to workout on their own.
