About Aoife

My name is Aoife Mac Intyre and I am Head Trainer here at Flyefit.

My background is in core development, posture alignment, pre and post natal training, mood motivation and eating disorder nutrition. 7 years ago I left a career in nursing and health science to pursue my passion of coaching clients towards their holistic health goals., from learning a push up, completing triathlons, safely returning after pregnancy or finally eating without guilt, I have empathy towards every goal and accomplishment in every client achievement.

I aim to deliver to you a coaching style that is individualistic, focusing on your strengths and weaknesses and guiding you to achieve optimal health in every aspect, to get you across that finish line whatever you envision.
