I am a qualified personal trainer & group fitness instructor with an internationally recognised qualification – (European Qualification Framework (EQF) Level 4 – the highest fitness instructor standard in Europe).

I enjoy working with first time gym users to elite athletes in areas such as fat loss, muscle development, increasing strength & maintenance of desired goals.
