A bit of my background;
I was a gymnast from the age of 4 to 19, and started coaching gymnastics when I was 15, coaching from toddlers right up to the elite level gymnasts in the club.
I was a dancer for a few years, and have always been a generally active person!
I am a qualified personal trainer, fitness instructor, and group instructor.
I started my fitness journey about 3 and a half years ago and have loved every minute of it! Training has really helped me over the past few years, it has been my release, as I’m sure it is for many others! I have always been very much focused on working on the mind and body as one, if your head isn’t in it, your body won’t be in it. And so my aim is, and will always be to help people use exercise as their release while helping them reach their goals, whether that be weight loss, building muscle, or just to feel generally fitter, healthier and create better habits!
