I became a personal trainer and group fitness instructor as I want to help others to gain the same enjoyment and fulfilment that I get from incorporating weight training and fitness into my life.
Previously a nurse, I always take a holistic view to a persons health and lifestyle. I am aware that making a big lifestyle change can be daunting but I believe that small sustainable changes over time leads to big results.
I would love to support you to start building healthier habits whether it be starting weight training, achieving certain fitness goals or if you want to look/feel stronger and gain confidence. I am also a MNU certified nutritionist so I can provide you with the right nutritional support that you need too.
