Hi Amanda here!
I’m the Head Yoga Instructor for FLYEfit and I’m a Personal Trainer here in Sallynoggin! My background is Sports Therapy, Dry Needling and teaching Yoga. I’ve a big interest in strength, mobility and functional movement. It’s the foundation on which we must build on in order to move pain free and strive towards building a strong body.
I firmly believe that for anything to grow, or anything to take shape, a strong foundation is key. We can not build unless the foundation we build upon is solid. Everything I do is fortified by the basic principles of training and nutrition.
Coming from a yoga and mindfulness teaching background, I also know what a powerful tool exercise can be for our mental health. It can have a profoundly positive effect on our mind, relieving stress and can boost our overall mood.
On this journey, my mission is to empower and educate you along the way, I will help you learn, develop and grow with every possible chance of succeeding with personalised programming, support and guidance.
