Hi my name is Abigail O’Connor a personal trainer here at Flyefit Dundrum.

I grew up sprinting and playing hockey, and I’ve always loved how training brings out the best in people—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

As life got busier, I saw how easy it is to let movement slip away—and what it can cost us. I also watched family members lose mobility with age, which made me realize how powerful strength, consistency, and healthy habits really are for all ages.
