Avocado: ½ avocado, 1 Tbsp. organic honey, 1 Tbsp. Greek yogurt, 1 tsp. lemon juice; Mash avocado in a small bowl, add honey and yogurt and combine until mostly smooth, Spread a thick layer onto clean skin. Let sit for 10-15 minutes or longer. Remove with a warm wash cloth. Finish with a splash of cool water. Use this mask   2-3 times a week for best results. Crows Feet

If you’re wrestling with crow’s feet and fine wrinkles around your eyes, there are plenty of natural beauty secrets you can try that will help you fight and prevent these fine lines. Change some of your less-desirable lifestyle habits (excess alcohol, coffee, smoking, takeaways, refined sugar & refined flour foods, stress, sedentary lifestyle). Make of Nutrition Your Best Ally:

Eat foods rich in vitamin D, such as mushrooms, sole, milk, eggs, ricotta cheese, soy, tofu, cod liver oil and omega-3 fatty acids, like salmon, mackerel, trout and tuna. Foods filled with vitamin A, such as sweet potatoes, spinach, carrots, dark leafy greens, butternut squash, cantaloupe melon, dried apricots, red peppers, mango, papaya and beef liver, can also reduce the severity of wrinkles. These foods help plump up the thin skin around the eye area, reducing the appearance of crow’s feet, fine lines and wrinkles. Drink plenty of water and green & white tea to keep your skin hydrated and increase your skin-cell turnover. Make an easy fruit and vegetable smoothie for breakfast as a quick way to get these vitamins into your system.
