(serves 2)

  • 2 Litres Water
  • ½ Orange, Sliced & Other ½ Juiced
  • ½ Lemon, Sliced & Other ½ Juiced
  • ½ Lime, Sliced & Other ½ Juiced
  • A Couple of Grapefruit Slices
  • ¼ Cucumber, Sliced
  • Fresh Mint or Rosemary (optional)

In a large glass Jug/bottle add all your ingredients and drink during the day to hydrate. keep adding fresh water as you drink and keep it in the fridge for 3-4 days, the fruit will keep fresh in the fridge.

My Nutrition’s Tips: Make sure not to overdo it! This drink will be great to cleanse your body from overindulgences, your skin and tummy will thank you for it, but give your body a break from detoxing, we do not recommend detoxing every week as it is not healthy for your digestive system. Drink plenty of fresh water the following weeks to cleanse your system, allowing your body to recover from the holiday season.
