Boxercise is a form exercise that has boxing style concepts. It will involve shadow boxing, punching, ducking, combos. There will also be conditioning circuits added in to help speed, endurance and power. Teaming up with a buddy and doing pad work will be also in the class. Great class for dropping body fat, getting fit and getting that anger on the pads!
DanceHIIT is a high intensity interval training workout that combines high-energy cardio dance routines with targeted strength training exercises for a total body workout. This will be a fun, high energy class bringing your fitness to the next level!
Heated Polar is a high intensity class that is set in a heated chamber with a climate of 30°. You are given a Polar Heart rate monitor at the start of the class which is displayed on the screen in front of you to help you work harder and compete with friends.

As the PT Development Coach, Kev guides the FLYEfit Personal Trainers with anything from training schedules, client management to self promotion. Kev conducts the induction training to all new FLYEfit Personal Trainers and acts as a mentor to anyone who might need him.
Keeva specialises in all things dance and brings the party to FLYEfit! As a fully qualified Dance Teacher and Personal Trainer, Keeva works with all our dancers to make sure every class is top quality, energetic and most importantly, loads of fun!
