Boxercise is a form exercise that has boxing style concepts. It will involve shadow boxing, punching, ducking, combos. There will also be conditioning circuits added in to help speed, endurance and power. Teaming up with a buddy and doing pad work will be also in the class. Great class for dropping body fat, getting fit and getting that anger on the pads!

As the PT Development Coach, Kev guides the FLYEfit Personal Trainers with anything from training schedules, client management to self promotion. Kev conducts the induction training to all new FLYEfit Personal Trainers and acts as a mentor to anyone who might need him.
Keeva specialises in all things dance and brings the party to FLYEfit! As a fully qualified Dance Teacher and Personal Trainer, Keeva works with all our dancers to make sure every class is top quality, energetic and most importantly, loads of fun!
Aoife is one of our Head Trainers at FLYEfit. As well as being a Personal Trainer, Aoife’s passion is Pilates and Spinning and coaches all of the FLYEfit Personal Trainers to make sure every class is the highest quality!
Edel specialises in all things movement and recovery. With a background in body therapy and massage as well as over a decades experience in Personal Training, Olympic Weightlifting and Personal Training, Edel works with all of the FLYEfit Personal trainers to help with range of motion, mobility, flexibility and posture. A knowledge of mobility is crucial to give our Members the most in every class and prevent injury.

Andrew specialises in all things to do with running from coaching complete beginners to people training for ultra-marathons. Andrew is also a Personal Trainer and works with people to improve strength, mobility and most importantly, to enjoy running!
