I get a lot of clients who are new and I give them a brilliant program and go through it a few times a week for a few weeks and help them get results fast while also becoming comfortable in the gym atmosphere. It’s important you learn correct form from day 1; I will teach you a variety of exercises. Most newbies to the gym waste months training incorrectly and need guidance. NEED TO ADD MUSCLE MASS: This is my bread and butter; I've been lifting since my early teens and have never stopped researching bodybuilding and weight lifting. With my help with training, diet and excellent supplement knowledge, I'll have you packing on lean muscle faster than you could have hoped!   NEED TO LOOSE A LOT OF WEIGHT: Have you let yourself go? Don't worry, it’s not too late and you have come to the right place. First we will fix your diet; just doing this will result in serious fat loss. Then we will add in some one on one Personal training session and as the weeks go by and the pounds keep falling off we will slowly make the sessions tougher to keep the results coming. On top of my love for personal training, I also teach a variety of classes in FLYEfit. I get great feedback from all my classes and it is always inspiring and much appreciated. I love pushing people to their limits, be it cardio or resistance based.

I Practise What I Preach... You will never get a generic programme or a random selection of thrown together exercises with little benefit, at least not with me. I am a black belt in Taekwondo, competing nationally & internationally and have won many medals from these competitions. I ran the Dublin City Marathon a few years back and this would be one of my greatest achievements. I lift weights and I love pushing myself with HIIT training.
