I am a down to earth trainer who will guarantee you results whatever your goals are. I've been working in gyms and training sports teams for most of the last decade in Ireland and the UK. There's no better feeling than helping somebody achieve their goals. I'm very passionate about my job and the health and fitness industry and I give 100% to every client. I won't come in every day and tell you how great you are and be your best friend, but I will be honest and work hard with you to achieve your goals.
WHAT CAN I OFFER YOU: Most of my clients (Male and Female) want the same thing, to get in shape, loose a few pounds and tone up, to feel confident in their bodies. We achieve this together with a combination of resistance training (weights), a little cardio (High intensity interval training), and a good diet plan that's not over the top and very doable and hard work. While focusing on functional movement, we will also focus on flexibility and mobility to ensure no injuries and recovery from old ones.
ARE YOU NEW TO THE GYM: Being new to the gym is tough, you are unsure of what to do, maybe a little intimidated by how busy it can be, and if you get a program and are are expected to remember so much from one induction. I get a lot of clients who are new and I give them a brilliant program and go through it a few times a week for a few weeks and help them get results fast while also becoming comfortable in the gym atmosphere. It’s important you learn correct form from day 1; I will teach you a variety of exercises. Most newbies to the gym waste months training incorrectly and need guidance.
NEED TO ADD MUSCLE MASS: This is my bread and butter; I've been lifting since my early teens and have never stopped researching bodybuilding and weight lifting. With my help with training, diet and excellent supplement knowledge,

NEED TO LOOSE A LOT OF WEIGHT: Have you let yourself go? Don't worry, it’s not too late and you have come to the right place. First we will fix your diet; just doing this will result in serious fat loss. Then we will add in some one on one Personal training session and as the weeks go by and the pounds keep falling off we will slowly make the sessions tougher to keep the results coming. This is what I have done successfully for a long time now and it works.
