LONG STORY SHORT.
Last year January I step on to scale and that was the moment !!! I understood I have to make some changes in my life. I had changed food habits and I started exercise regularly which is not easy sometimes , when you are a full time mum but I made it, I managed to drop my baby weight as well as some extra kilos I had gained over years, in total over 14kg (2 Stone). Then I thought why not help others, as I know from my own experience it can be tough.
