Like most people, I never knew much about nutrition. I used to think a healthy meal was getting a white bread roll, packet of crisps and a can of coke instead of a takeaway. Jeebus was I wrong. But I turned my life around and now I eat nothing but salad leaves, chicken and air. Right? WRONG.
I did turn my health, body and happiness around. But I did it without entirely giving up the life I enjoy. Actually, who cares what I have to say.
