After leaving and beginning my work as a PT, I discovered that textbook style training never yields the best results, and studied further with Faster Health and Fitness where I reached the level of course director and movement educator, meaning I train and mentor other PTs on how to improve in their careers as well. Even with so many years in the industry, I am still always seeking new education on ways to improve what I can offer my clients. After the birth of my second child it was very difficult for me to lose excess weight and I could not understand why I was gaining weight despite the fact that I eat very little. The main thing is not to be afraid of leaving your comfort zone, because this is the only way to get to know your limits. When achieving any goal it is very important to know and understand exactly how to achieve your goal and move this way, or at least go in the right direction. And discipline is imperative. This cause-and-effect relationship can be very well understood when you reach out for your fitness goal, because here everything depends upon the efforts you put in. Any gym member with more or less definite intention but having no correct vision of what can be achieved in a gym, what to eat or not to eat, this person can continue this activity for years but won’t reach any results.
