FLYE RYDE
This indoor bike tilts, turns, leans, and steers so it feels like a real road bike. RealRyder gives your body a 5-in-1 workout that focuses on cardio and legs while also working your core and upper body and balance. Cycle your way to a six pack!
FLYE YOGA
FLYE yoga follows a similar style to ashtanga yoga. Demonstrating a flow sequence and incorporating well known yoga poses to help elevate tension from the body, increase strength and improve flexibility.
FLYE PILATES
A low impact Pilates mat class incorporating all the essential Pilates movements focusing on the Pilates principles of proper breathing, shoulder and girdle stabilization which lead to improved core strength, balance and flexibility.
ASS/ABS CLASS
The ass/abs class will challenge all the major glute muscles along with hip and stabliers muscles around the backside to ensure that perfect posterior is maintained. It will also focus on the core and abs region to ensure a tight abdominal wall.
BOOTCAMP
An explosive military style resistance and cardiovascular class that combines a variety of functional training exercises and equipment to blast fat and boost your metabolism long after class has ended.
FLYEFIT CONDITIONING
This workout is an excellent high intensity full body workout. This class focuses on the whole body and is ideal for improving stamina, gaining muscle mass and strength.
KETTLEBELLS/ABS
This challenging class is ideal for all levels and can provide great rehab from certain muscular injury imbalances. The core consists of many different muscles running the entire length of the torso that stabilize the pelvis and spine.
BODY PUMP
A combo lifting and sculpting class that features a mix of bodyweight exercises, dumbbells and barbells to sculpt and tighten. A fun class with great benefits and a great introduction to weight training.
BARS & BELLS
A tough and effective class using Barbells and Kettlebells. Add bursts of cardio and you've got an impressive full body workout. Excellent class to improve overall conditioning, agility and speed.
TRIPLE A

CIRCUIT TRAINING
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aeobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.
STEP
A classic is back -The Step! You'll burn calories and shape your body with lots of varied jam packed, fun and enjoyable dance choreography. Straddles and repeaters, V-steps and marches, step touches and knee lifts.
ABS BLAST
A class designed specifically to work on the core and abdominal area, incorporating various exercises and equipment. Core-conditioning exercises target all these muscle groups for an effective workout.
TRX/CIRCUITS
Is a high intensity Circuit style class incorporating many different stations including TRX. Challenge yourself in this high intensity workout including cardio, bodyweight and weight bearing exercises.
BOXERCISE
Boxercise is a form exercise that has boxing style concepts. It will involve shadow boxing, punching, ducking, combos. There will also be conditioning circuits added in to help speed, endurance and power.
FLYE MOBILITY
A class designed to help improve members moving patterns (flexibility, posture, any weaknesses/in-balances your body). Great for people sitting at a desk all day, people recovering from injuries or anybody wishing to improve all over health.
FLYE ZUMBA
You will forget you're workout with sexy but simple moves to dance music like Cha Cha, salsa, reggaeton, rumba and more. Best of all, you dont need any previous dance experience!
50/50
A mix of Ryde and Resistence training. Push yourself like never before with this muscle burning circuit bringing you from the Ryde Studio to the Gym floor and back again for the final pulse racing sprint to the finish line.
FLAT LINE
Work your way through a series of challenges designed to push your body to it's limit and beyond. Flatline will test all your elements of strength and endurance with increasingly difficult tasks over a 30 minute period.
