HIIT-FIT is a modified version of Cross-fit which incorporates cross-fit moves along with some pure HIIT intervals, with aerobic and anaerobic work to increase your thresholds in these key areas.
BARS & BELLS
A tough and effective class using Barbells and Kettlebells. Add bursts of cardio and you've got an impressive full body workout. Excellent class to improve overall conditioning, agility and speed.
FLYE EMOM stands for Every Minute on the Minute. It is a training protocol where you complete a specific set of movements or exercises every minute, then rest until the end of the minute, then you start again once the next minute starts.
Battlebells is a high intensity interval training class utilising both battle ropes and kettlebells. Ideal for athletes looking to improve power and endurance. A fun, challenging, full body workout that will get you ripped and fit in record time.

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aeobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.

Boxercise is a form exercise that has boxing style concepts. It will involve shadow boxing, punching, ducking, combos. There will also be conditioning circuits added in to help speed, endurance and power.
A class designed to help improve members moving patterns (flexibility, posture, any weaknesses/in-balances your body). Great for people sitting at a desk all day, people recovering from injuries or anybody wishing to improve all over health.
SPEED & AGILITY
This class is focused on increasing coordination, agility and quickness of movements using various pieces of equipment such as plyo boxes, agility ladders and hurdles.
This is a surprise class which will be chosen by the trainer on the day please beware our trainers love BURPEES and we all know BURPEES are good for the soul!!!!!!!!!
You will forget you're workout with sexy but simple moves to dance music like Cha Cha, salsa, reggaeton, rumba and more. Best of all, you dont need any previous dance experience!
A mixture of box and standing Pilates and dance. Combining boxing movements at a high cardio rate- to tone the arms, alternated with standing Pilate movements to work on flexibility and sculpting.A fun action packed class.
